What are the dates of the 2012 tournament?

Who will be playing?
A combination of ATP Tour players and legends will be competing at the event. Confirmed players will be added to the Players page of the website as and when they are signed up.
What is the format?
A combination of singles and doubles will be played throughout the afternoon. ATP Tour players will play in a series of singles exhibition matches, whilst the Legends will compete in a more relaxed doubles tournament.
What time do I arrive?
On Tuesday guests should arrive from 16:00 for a drinks reception. Wednesday through to Friday guests are asked to arrive from 12:00 onwards for a drinks and crostini reception before sitting down to lunch at 12:30. Saturday guests are asked to arrive from 12:00 before sitting down to lunch at 12:45.
What time does play commence?
Tuesday play commences at approximately 17:00. Wednesday to Friday play commences after lunch at approximately 14:30 and on Saturday at 14:00.
Is there car parking?
Guests are strongly advised to travel by either public transport as there is no parking available within the Club. Chauffeurs and taxis will be allowed into the grounds to drop off and collect guests from the Banqueting Entrance (Four in Hand Yard). There are no car parking facilities for chauffeur-driven cars. There are parking restrictions in the surrounding areas with only a limited number of ‘pay and display’ spaces.
When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets and event collateral will be sent out approximately two weeks prior to the event. Early invitations will be sent out to guests on booking.
What happens if it rains?
Guests will remain in the dining room until it is deemed suitable conditions to play.
Is there a left luggage facility?
Guests can leave their coats and bags at the Banqueting Hall cloakroom.

Is there a dress code?
Tuesday – Friday guests are asked to wear a jacket and tie, with the Saturday being smart casual (no jeans). Guests are advised to bring some form of warm clothing.
